    M. Bernard Beaulieu, new president and owner since October 2010, is the former general manager, as of 2007. He is responsible for the strategic orientations of the firm, clients relations, business development and financial managing. In charge of the daily operations of the organization, his tasks include : research and telemarketing project’s management, questionnaire and script programming on Tenor’s computerized platform “Interviewer”, database management, data processing and analysis as well as generating field reports and transmitting them to our clients. As special project manager from March 1998 to December 1999, Mr. Beaulieu personally led hundreds of phone operations. Then, as the field operation manager from January 2000 to November 2002, he applied his skills in every aspect of marketing research. His vast experience in social sciences and market studies makes him the company’s maestro, planning every operational detail with metronomic precision.

  • The Supervising Team

    Masterfully managed by Samuel Christian Roberge, the supervising team combines more than ten years of experience in the survey and telemarketing field. The team is in charge of personnel during evening work shifts from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM as well as on weekends. The team has a clear mandate: to manage and coach agents, manage project quotas and resource scheduling, issue various productivity reports and insure constant quality control procedures, monitoring, validation, etc. relative to all field projects in process.
